...know, will photos help me in court? I got into an extremely minor accident which could have caused no more than $150 of damage with labor included. Before people say that I don't know how much goes into it, etc., I've been a mechanic and worked at a body shop for 12 years.
This person got an estimate of $1100 on the rear of their car claiming they need a new bumper when a sand/buff/paint would've been more than enough.
I have photos to back this up. Do I send the photos to the insurance company or bring them to court?
