When some stranger vehicles take your private parking space, what should you do?

Our organization just move to an independent building, but some stranger vehicles alway park on our private property. What should we do? call parking enforcement of Toronto city? should we buy the SIGNS by ourselves or city will set up for us? please give me advice. thanks.
