When should I test again?

My husband and I had sex 9/ 11-9/14 during my ovulation days. And today (9/21) I had some spotting (not much). I also, have been feeling bloated, and starting to go to the bathroom a lot more.I have taking a pregnancy test but it was neg.. I'm suppose to start the 28th. Not sure what to think. Could I possibly be pregnant?
 
There is a possibilty that you are PG, but I would wait and see if you get your period first before taking any type of home PG test..Good luck!!
