when should i take a pregnancy test ?

I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago. (twice) but how many days after my missed period should i take it ? i had my period like 3 days ago. but is that too soon after the having sex?
as a matter of a fact you can be pregnant & have your period.
 
It's not too soon to take a test. Look for one that advertises earlier results. They are better at picking up the small amount of HCG that would be in your urine if you are pregnant.
As far as having your period, many women will still have spotting the first few months even after they are pregnant. So, having a period is not nesessarily an indication that you are not pregnant.
Take a test and make an appointment. That's your best bet.
