And also, is certified pre-owned better than one that's brand new?
I'm turning fifteen next month, and getting my permit in early january. I have two disabled family members, so i will probably start doing most of the driving once i learn how to (With a parent in the car of course). I know it's important to research the rates, and insurance/ etc. before getting a car, and i'm wondering when i should start looking.
Also, I dont have a job, i plan on getting one as soon as i can, should i wait until i have like half the price of the car i want saved up (Probably a few years, but i really want my car by february.), and put down a big payment, or should i just get it, and make monthly payments for the next like 4 years. BTW: Since i'm a minor, can i even buy my own car, or do my parents have to sign? Will their bad credit affect my chance of getting my car?
Is it best to get a car with alot of miles for a cheaper price, or one with less for a high price?
Help, i have no idea wtf i'm doing.
