When Should I get to the Doctors?

Hi guys!
Its me again!! Lol.

Anyway, a couple of days ago, I posted on here about stomach pains that I have had on and off for around three years now.

Recently though, since about two days ago, I have started having really stomach cramps that made me double over and also a pain all up my right side. It hurts on my ribs when I lie on my right side, but when I am not lying down it is painful just above my hip.

Problem is, next Friday I have a Biology exam at college, and I am so worried about it (bet that isn't helping!!!) but with these pains I keep getting distracted when I am revising, and I don't want to go to the doctors next week incase I have to stay off... which means I will miss my very important exam!!! Problem number two is that on Monday morning I have practicals, which is where I will have to clean out animals, I am so worried that the stomach ache will come back again. :(

Hewp people! What do I doooooooooooooooooooo?

Just so you guys might be able to help me more, here are some of my most recent symptoms:
:( Pain above my hip
:(Pain under my rib
(Both on the right hand-side!)
:(Tonight and a few nights ago, I was boiling hot, but the rest of my family were quite cool
:(Stomach cramps
:(Slight loss of appetite
:(Nausea

So, in conclusion, I shall take meself to the vets. :dizzy:

Being serious now, do you guys have any idea when I should go to to the doctors, and does anyone recognise these symptoms (From my last post bethsheba ruled out IBS which is what my doctor in the past suggested)

I didn't rule out IBS...I meant to say that I didn't think your problems were CAUSED by IBS. In other words, something else is causing the IBS, if that indeed is what you have...IBS is just one more symptom of Lyme Disease, one more symptom that suggests you may have a very serious, if not life threatening, condition...especially if you don't start treatment as soon as possible.

You say you were boiling hot? But were you or are you running a fever? (If you are, above about 100, in addition to stomach cramps, you need to see a doctor rather urgently.)

You have an awful lot going on. With all the symptoms you've listed I'd think about going to the emergency room. Seriously.

Be well,

JB
