So on monday i do a vertimax workout which is like agility stuff, tuesday i do curls, rows, cleans, squat and core, wednesday i do push press, bench press, triceps, deads, and planks, thursday i do dumbell snatches, cable rows, medicine ball core, burpees, and lunges, and finally friday i do more agility type stuff. Whew that was a lot but i want to do some sprints to get my 40 time up but i dont know what day i should do it. I was thinking wednesday because its in the middle of my two anaerobic workouts. What do you think? And please answer only if you have experience in this stuff. Thanks!
