when should i book my holiday?

im going to be going on holiday on or around the 24th of august with my gf to laganas in zante, i am thinking of waiting till mid august to get a late deal but she wants to get it booked now. ive found 2 weeks for £360 each which is good but do u think i could get a better deal if i leave it till late. also when should i change my spending money thanks
 
I'd book it now if I was you. I recently booked a late deal and found that I had seen less expensive ones before but they had all gone.
