I live in phiily and its been raining all the time so I want to be careful not to over water them. But on a day like today- when its sunny all day long (which sunny days have been few n far between around here!) Would me upcoming greenbeans, lettuce, cucumbers, peas n peppers prefer the long drink b4 the sun shines on them all day or after they've been in the sun? (Or both even, which I'm hesitant to do since its probably going 2 rain during the night)
when should i be watering my veggie garden?
