when shooting at high elevations?

Ok so i live at about 3900 feet above sea level and i feel im fairly comfortable with my guns at this elevation.

But i want to go target shooting at a range and it is at about 7550 feet above sea level. how should i expect my bullets to fly? less oxygen= flatter trajectory? or less oxygen=less fuel to the fire so not as hot of a powder burn so worse of a trajectory?
not the 100 yard range its going to be 400-500 yards. if its down hill it wont be much... but i will need to learn shooting in the wind its almost always windy
