...do they pass their house valuation on to the reporters, or do the reporters call in an estate agent for a valuation?
I just wondered how they got the values they publish.
Like if my car crashed into 10 Downing Street and exploded, would it say 'Mr Deighton's Ford Mondeo, estimated to have a trade in value of £800...' or anything like that.
