when playing ps3, can you speak through the bluetooth, but hear others voice chat

through the television? Im using my bluetooth as my mic. However, I do not want to hear the other players talk through my bluetooth. Is there a way to switch the settings so I hear the chatter through the tv along with the sound effects?
