When playing games on your phone, does it cost you internet time?

I have a chocolate touch and I only have to 25 mg(or whatever) of internet time. I want to download games on it but I am not sure if it uses all the internet time. It says that it uses air time but I don't know what the heck AIRTIME is!! Please help me out. Thanks.
 
It does not cost anything to browse through get it now, it only costs to download the games, and once you download the games it never uses internet time
 
When it is talking about airtime it means that it uses the internet which means it is going to use part of your data plan. Exactly how much, I can't say. I have a smartphone with verizon and I am able to turn off the internet with a setting on my phone so it doesn't use up my battery so much because I am constantly using my phone. You might be able to do that with your phone but the game might not let you do certain things or it might not even work at all with out that connection.
