I used to have a very extensive feminine wardrobe, but I choose not to afford, nor keep one anymore due to the fact that when I had a wardrobe, it was stolen and I was darn near physically assaulted to death because it was assumed that I was "illegally affording" my life and style.
Now, I have the same people assuming that it is not thier fault that I cannot afford, nor have the ability and want to have a wardrobe they hated, so they are complaining my wardrobe is to basic, but also trying to claim it is cheap and basic because I am a "extreme and low illegal participationist".
They really do not understand that I am not willing to impress them, nor create another area for them to destroy.
Besides, what would be illegal is to assume that if they offered for me to have lifestyle they destroyed, that it would not be connected to another life they destroyed to make my upgrade allowable.
Crazy stuff, but some people do not need an outfit and expensive things to look at, because they will only follow you home and steal it or kill you for thier belief that you are not supposed to be any way but dead.
So, when is society going to realize that someone being alive, should be more important than thier style? Many people apparently forget that.
This is a very complicated topic, but more than anything, I needed to post it my frustration due to people who assume everyone is rich and/or has instant availability of bling so they can ignore other things.
