I am joining in a private limited company on 11th March2010 and my service is conformed 12sep2010.As per my appointment letter company offer me 1.75days pay leave per month. Now I take leave from 15Nov to 4 Dec 2010. Please tell me How many days counted as pay leave ?.Our accounts inform me it will counted in 2011 Is it True?(Advance thanks to answers)
