its a 1996 4Runner SR5. its 4x4 and has a 5speed trans in it. It has a staggering 267,000 miles on it and still runs like a champ! I know this is a ton of miles for any motor and i know it could start to go any day now. But when it does i would like to fix it cause its a wonderful truck. I would love a lil more performance and was thinking about going with the supercharged version of the current motor i have or possibly going with chevy 350 or a ford 305. The ford motors are thinner and shorter and the distributor placed in the front of the motor solves some clearance issues but im still lost. any opinions or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
