When my semi-permanant hair dye fades (in pink), will it go back to what was beneath it?

K so..

I did a couple streaks of pink (punky colour flamingo pink) in the middle area of my hair and when I washed it out the dye got into the section below it and there is a very slight tinge of pink in that section now ... oh and im blonde.

I have in a permanent ultra light blonde and then a semi permanent ultra light blonde ontop of that (so beneath the pink)... when the pink fades will it go back to that color??? Or will it fade weird and not come out? Ive never used this brand before.
