Both is true im not 100%$ on the walmart so wat u can do is sample it buy a little frosting test if it works great! but if not o well at least u have another sourse

and my friend told me food coloring works just find for dying like buttercream icing..is this true? and if not i heard that gel works good can you get that at walmart?
