When it comes to pleasing non-traditional guests, what other fowl can I cook besides

(or instead of) Turkey? Quite frankly, I'm also getting tired of it myself. I've been cooking Turkey for the past 4 years now. And, this year, my husband will be inviting more of his distant relatives over. So, after talking with them, I've discovered that they have an extensive culture, that has an entirely different way of celebrating Thanksgiving. Besides that, these relatives are not into the taste of Turkey or Ham, so I'm even more stuck. Ham would have been my second choice. Humph.

So, all in all, I need help! And my husband keeps saying I should make 'whatever', but I really don't know what that means because I'm not a 'whatever' kind of person.

I was going to say Ham. How about having some really tasty enchiladas. Enchiladas are good anytime. No, I am not a Mexican, but I do love enchiladas. Chicken or Beef. I am not a whatever person either. I hope I have helped you. And double stack them with lots of cheese and meat! That would something to surprise your guests with.
