I have to get circumcised due to medical issues and am happy to have it done; however, I am curious to when the scar line placement and all of that is typically discussed? The two times I visited the doctor we mainly talked about the medical problems I was having and went over the risks and recovery. Not so much anything specific. I am due to have an appointment with a nurse about a week prior, but wouldn't see why the scar placement would be spoken of then.
Maybe its the day I go in for surgery? He probably just eyeballs it I guess and doesn't really talk about how much is coming off.
I am a little worried. Though his credentials are good he is very quick to move me out the door. Maybe I am just over reacting.
If you were circumcised as an adult what was the process like leading up to the surgery? And after it, if you want to share.
