Okay well, I just want to start off that I always have protected sex (condom) and the birth control.

I have heard that there is like 1 day in the menstrual cycle that is the safest time to have sex, as in the "ovule" hasn't been created yet.

Is it before or after my periods?
I'd like to know that exact date if it's possible...?

There is no safe time. You CAN get pregnant during your period. It is less likely, but still possible. Most people ovulate mid cycle, but it is possible to ovulate at the beginning and the end of your cycle. There is no safe time to have sex if you don't want to get pregnant. You should always be using two or more forms of birth control. If you don't want to use condoms, then get fitted for a diaphragm.
