When is the LG Chocolate coming to Canada??

Does anyone know when the LG chocolate will be coming to Canada and which provider will it be with (i.e. Rogers, Telus, or Bell)? I already know that I can get it at some of the chinese malls like Pacific Mall or First Markham place but I refuse to pay $500 for a phone. I would rather buy it with a plan. So if anyone give me the 411 that would be great!
 
The "chocolate" is only through verizon .... the kg800 isnt ... im sure you can find one on ebay and activate it on your serivce provider (given that they are on gsm and not cdma... if they are cdma (i dont know becAuse I have never delt with them) then pick up someones chocolate vx8500)
