When is the best time to take the top off of my Jeep?

when its not rainning
drove one 5 yrs never had one on

butt gets wet when it rains
kind of cold in winter

about pass time to remove it now its almost winter but anytime is a good time
 
I personally choose times when it is gonna be nice for a few days, so I don't have to go through the trouble of putting it up and down. But if you don't mind doing it, almost any day is a good day.
 
You should never have your top on! But realistically, it all depends on the weather in your area and the difficulty of taking it on/off (don't know if hard or soft).
