I was thinking I would start walking, so I was wondering when is the best time, morning, midday, afternoon or evenings, (that should get it all in) mornings it wouldn't be so hot, which right now it really isn't that warm, when it does get warmer,(like next week) then midday or early afternoon might not do so well, like 6 or 7 maybe might work better. I usually try to eat between 4 and 5 or at least start to fix it around in that time. I have cut down on my eatings and snacks. Try not to eat after 9. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
