When is the best time to exercise, like walking?

I was thinking I would start walking, so I was wondering when is the best time, morning, midday, afternoon or evenings, (that should get it all in) mornings it wouldn't be so hot, which right now it really isn't that warm, when it does get warmer,(like next week) then midday or early afternoon might not do so well, like 6 or 7 maybe might work better. I usually try to eat between 4 and 5 or at least start to fix it around in that time. I have cut down on my eatings and snacks. Try not to eat after 9. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
 
The goal is to be healthier . I would say if your over weight. Mornings or evenings less stress on your heart. Mit want to pick up body of life By Bill Phillips.Great book has diet and exercise ideas. PS More water and no pop
 
Anytime is a good time. Just do it! Once you start rationalizing and overanalyzing when and where, you'll never get out the door. Just carve out an hour a day (consistently) and get going!!
