When is a good time to write the guy off if he hasn't called yet?

Ok. so i know there is some kind of silly rule that the girl/guy should wait 3 days before calling.

What about when to write them off as "okay I've been waiting for you and now you suck?!"

tell me.
 
Personally, I'd be upset after about a week, but still happy if he called. Before two weeks could come and go, I'd probably already be at the point of "you suck.". xD

However, who *knows* how guys' minds work sometimes. He may have a good reason. Give him a chance, and then, if too much time passes, don't.
