When is a good time to say to heck with the hair dye, be bold and grow in the gray hair?

I'm afraid one day I won't know who the heck I am underneath the hair color. Is there the shock of going natural after about 10 years? Do you slowing make the transition by coloring your hair to your natural color gradually? I can say that sometimes when that line of gray starts to grow in it seems like a pain to have to re-color and this is when I wonder what I look like. Or is this the stage where I become free and get the cool sports car and go all natural or get the nips, tucks and keep the gray hair well concealed?
 
Do whatever your feel is most convenient and right for you. My 80 year old grandmother dyes her hair still. If makes her happy, so be it!
 
WHATEVER ITS JUST HAIR. Do what is more convenient for you... if you really think people will start judging you based on ur hair color get a reality check!
