When interviewing or discussing questions addressed to Senior Citizens how do you feel ?

about the following observation:
Quote:There will be times when the person being interviewed will make comments that you disagree with. Do not argue with them. If you are going to get them to talk honestly it is important to show them that you are a sympathetic listener. If you want to question the views that they have expressed you will need to do it in a diplomatic and non-threatening way. For example, you could start the question by saying "some people might argue…" or "it has been claimed that…"
