So when I would get up to 75 MPH my car would start to shake but when I would go back down to 70 it would stop, what could this be?

could be that you have a low tire or maybe you hit a bad bump and you knocked the cars alignment off other then that it could be your hub assembly
Most times - a tire(s) out of balance. How many miles since a rotation? Last balance?
Check tie pressure - look on the back or the drivers door or the door jam for pressure stats, (usually 30 - 32 or- 33 lbs per tire)

complicated to answer, it could be something as simple as bald tires to ball joints to bearings... Respectfully, the Focus is nice car; however the reliability is "questionable". don't give up, just try not to do 75 - isn't 65 the limit in most states now...
