When I turn my Jeep Off It sounds like it has water running through a pipe what is it?

Well I just got home from a long drive the engine temp is perfect. But when I turned the car off it sounded like water running through a pipe and it was lound enough to hear when I got out. There are no leaks under the car I checked. Is this normal and what can it be??
 
Just tonight I ran into this issue with my stored toyota and found lots of water in rear drivers side door. Weird and I dont know what to do.

There might be air in your cooling system ( means a leak). If so it could be the coolant is falling down through the air causing the sound. check level

Some leaks don't show under the car . example when your radiator cap has a small leak, the water exits as a gas.
