When I turn my fan on in my car I can hear it blowing but no air comes out at all.

What's the problem? It doesn't matter if it's the heat or AC. I turn my fan on and it sounds like it's working but no air comes out, no matter where I choose the air to flow out of (defroster, vents, or floor.) What is the problem and how much to fix it? Thanks!
 
A Plenum door may not be opening. Might be vacuum operated and a line is disconnected. Or look for mechanical connections to the doors.
