when i try to download ringtones on my phone from the internet it wont work?

i'll try and send it to my phone,it wont go through.
i have no micro sd card..
and when i go on the internet through my phone and try to download it, it loads a page that has
one small play button.i click it and it'll play the ringtone but i have no idea how to save it to my phone.helpp!
i have an LG Tritan.
