its either that you have a version of flash that isnt compatible with your computer or that it cant update with the Adobe flash cs4..or you have the downloading software for your computer turned off..are you using a disk or striaght from the internet on a site? If its from a site then the website altogether might have a bug or virus on it or that its a wrong downloading software link..if its on a disk then you should go to my computer, add/remove hardware, and it should pop up that it reads the disk..
