thanks!

You can try to get you mom to help you. Tell her to let you watch some tv and play your computer for a little bit, then have her remind you to do your homework. As time goes on, you will be able to remember yourself. Hope I've helped!

These days they call that ADD. Attention Deficit Disorder. And some may truly suffer from that. And need to take drugs to improve the problem. But try everything else before going down that road as taking a Magic pill you will find has other repercussions that another pill is needed for.

Self discipline is more the answer. Try doing this. Get home eat something and unwind for 1/2 hour. Then lay out Your home work in order of when it is due. Then with the TV off and for now the music also off sit and start your homework. No answering phones unless it is parents calling. Power through it. After finishing that one take a break. Stretch take the dog for a walk. Do your chores. But not for longer than 1/2 and hour. Move on to the next assignment due the next day. I you are done with those then do work on the others to make sure you will have time to finish the when they are due. In other words don't wait until the last minute to get started on them.
You should feel accomplished and less stress. When you feel your mind start to wander tell your self (out loud for now) focus focus focus. Again. When you do this for a week then try listening to music and see what the difference is with your focusing. You will probably find it takes you longer to complete. Sorry music maybe TV no. It is to big of a distraction. At least not for a long time. Self discipline to focus takes time and practice. Reputation until it becomes habit and then ingrained in your mind. You wont have to think about it. It is just there and kicks in automatically.
So practice. Getting good at anything takes practice.
Good practicing.
