Hello,
I was involved in a traffic collision about two weeks ago at work. The vehicle I was in was stopped, and the vehicle that t-boned us was going about 25-30mph. At the time of the collision I was looking to the right and had my body turned to the right. The vehicle struck us from the left and tweaked my back the the left in an odd angle. I went to the doctor and my x-rays checked out ok. This was about two weeks ago. I went to the doctor to do a follow up. She checked out my abdomen. When she was pushing on the right side just below my ribs I felt a sharp pain in my spine. I checked my left side, and I get the same sharp stabbing pain. I told her I got a sharp stabbing pain in my lower back when I push on my side. She said thats unusual and she didn't know what it was. What are your thoughts on what it could be? The doctor I went to was an employer doctor, and she had the letters PA next to her name. Any thoughts? Should I go to another doctor?
