When I stop at a stop sign or red light my car will start to shake almost like its

dying or running out of gas? What do you think it could be? I put it in neutral while I was at a light and the shaking stopped. My car isn't too old but it does have a lot of miles on it. Please help!! Thanks in advance!
I just barely got an oil change and I am pretty sure they replaced my oil filter. And I always put in good gas for the car too. I try to put in Chevron every fill up. Does that change anything?
