When I save anything on my blackberry storm to my media card then insert it...

...into another phone media is lost? Basically I have a Blackberry Storm and am now selling it so I have put everything onto the media card and when I put this media card into my LG KS360 there are only a few of the things on there ie pictures and songs?
Can anyone explain how I do this?
