sensitive and sharp pain.? So I've been working out, and recently when doing preacher bar/ez bar curls, my forearm began to get a sharp shooting pain, mostly when finishing sets and dropping/releasing the bar. Didn't think much of it, but it was a sharp pain from the wrist down the forearm. Worked out today (didn't do the curls) and had slight pain from other exercises.

So after massaging my forearm, I noticed a very weak spot. I looked it up to be able to pinpoint the location. It is right in between the Ulna and the Radius bone, I believe the " distal radioulnar joint". When i push my index finger down on that area ( on top of the wrist) when my hand is limp, I get a SHARP pain and it is very sensitive. Does anyone know what may be causing this pain, and will rest heal this sensitive spot?
