when i press down my clutch pedal to change gears, it takes approximately 5 minutes to release to its normal?

Golf 5 clutch pedal takes approxiamtely 5 minutes to get back to its normal position after i pressed it and changing gears. I had to literally lift it up with my left foot. This happens everytime when driving off from a parked position.
 
completely normal,
people are actually modifying their cars because they feel their clutch returns to quickly

consider yourself lucky yours came stock
