when i power on my car radio i get a buzzing noise?

whenever i press the power button on it no matter how loud the volume is i just get this annoying loud buzzing noise and no music AT ALL

the previous owner had a amp and 2 woofers in the truck the deck is brand new and i have no clue what to do =(
