I'm 13 turning 14 in a couple weeks

But my penis Looks FINE like nothing is a problem with it doesn't have any redness pain swelling itch or dry skin Nothing it is normal.

Okay so i went to pee a couple weeks ago and i looked at my penis hole while i peed and it looks like a lip on the right side of my penis hole..?

did my penis hole get smaller? or do i need to clean it? or is it puberty?

And im very very embarrassed to tell my parent's because its my god damned parents man.. and it might not be anything and then the'll think
of me as a masturbating perv..

I'm not a guy, but maybe you should step up and be a little more mature and ask your dad about it... if your that concerned you can talk to him and have him make you a doctor appointment... and you can tell him not to tell your mom, cause that could be a little embarrassing. but your dad should not have a problem helping you out.
 
Hey im no guy but I am in the medical field. As long as your keeping up with your personal hygiene and are not sexually active, I wouldnt worry about anything. If you are sexually active, of course your at risk for std's but from what you said, it doesnt sound concerning. If you notice changes though, you might have to buckle down and talk to your parents so they can take care of you.
