load the homepage? When I open Google Chrome, or any web browser on my Windows 7 laptop, it takes a few seconds for it to actually connect to either my network driver, or the internet, and actually load my homepage. I'm pretty sure this is not my internet connection, because when I already have a Google Chrome window open, and I open a new one, my homepage loads instantly. Is there a solution to let Google Chrome have access to the internet right away?
