when I move the handlebar front lights go off

When I move the handlebar on my s50 to the right the driving light goes off. The high beam is not affected. I think the problem is probably a lose connection. Any suggestion on how to fix this problem? thanks for the help.

remove the headlight by removing the two screws on the bottom of the trim ring (not the recessed adjusting screws). pull it out slightly at the bottom, then disengage it from the tab at the top. check the connections behind the headlight and I bet one is loose or pinched.

It sounds like a loose connection in the headlight shell.

lus1: I'd check the switch housing on the handlebars, sounds like something is being stretched out too far. have you recently rotated your bars or made any other changes to the bars or risers?

Sounds like a loose connection in the bucket on the low beam spade.
