when i jail broke my ipod, cydia only 39 packages uploaded. how do i get the

usual amount of cydia packages? please tell me if you know how to fix, or add the packages to cydia from a internet source. and if the same thing has happened to you or someone you know please tell me so we all can fix it. thanks -trish
