When I go to websites that have flash video such as youtube, they play too fast?

What can cause that to happen? Recently I noticed on my computer video playback on youtube and similar sites, the video playback is really fast..How can I fix it so I plays at normal speed?
 
That's easy to fix.
1. Restart your computer
2. If that doesn't work, then go to Control Panel
3. Go to Uninstall/Install Programs
4. Uninstall your Flash Player
5. Go to a good Flash Player Download Website
6. Install that Flash Player
7. Restart your Computer
8. Try it again. If it doesn't work, you may have a virus or bug in the computer. Sorry if you do.
