maybe you have your chat turned on in your email, and then you will be signed out of messenger, because you signed in on a different computer or device, that´s the message right?
Turn your chat of in your email on top, you will see it choose sign out of chat and it will not happen again.
The other reason could be that someone else has your ID and password, if that´s the case , change your password.
