when i am recording a video using camstudio, the recorded video is always

The recorder operates at a a lower framerate (pictures-per-second) to make your video smaller in size, so your video would be low-quality and flickering. You can probably adjust settings for your program. Either that or you computer can't handle both running the desktop and capturing video of itself.
