When I accelerate my car spits at first, can you help?

Check your engine coils, possibly put in new platinum spark plugs, do the usual maintainance, like oil in the engine and transmission. Try to put in high grade gasoline for a while and see if that works. Make sure nothing is blocking the exhaust and check the air filter of the car. hope that helps. and also what kind of car is it?
 
So it seems like when i accelerate my car will sputter for the first like 0-30 mph. I was told it could be a few things. Like the gas is crappy and i had to put fuel injecter cleaner in it. So i did and it made some of a difference but it is still doing it. So i would like know why it is doing it and how it could be fixed.. please help me...
