'their name' with a smile ? I know it may be silly. But a few words, tone, and a small gesture goes a long way. I ask because 'Hello' is a general greeting but if you add a person's name to it then it becomes a "personal" hello to an extent and people like to hear their names by nature. This greeting is to be directed towards a guy.
