trial-and-error>? Hi,
So for trinomials to be factored do I just use FOIL to get from a binomial-trinomial when needed, and then just find out the factors to the first and last coefficients? Then would I just do trial-and-error by plugging in the factors?
Would I just use the same method for binomials?
How would I factor this:
x^2+x
How do I factor by grouping?
Lastly, how do I factor something like this?-
8c^2+7c
Any help would be great, thanks.
